How cancellations and refunds work for paid plans on orispace.co, viewer.orispace.co and venue.orispace.co, operated by Orispace Studio SAS.
LAST UPDATED — July 15, 2026This policy explains how you can cancel a paid subscription to the Service and when you are entitled to a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
14-day money-back guarantee.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — whether it is your first subscription payment or a renewal. No justification is required.
Refund requests made after this 14-day window are not granted, except where required by applicable law (see section 05). Add-ons and usage-based charges already consumed — for example storage add-ons or compute-intensive operations — are non-refundable once used.
Cancelling your plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops any future renewal; it does not, on its own, trigger a refund of the current period.
After cancelling, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. At the end of that period, your account reverts to the Free plan. Beyond the 14-day guarantee above, we do not refund the remaining, unused portion of a billing period.
Optional add-ons (extra storage or embed loads) are recurring and follow the same rules: cancel them at any time from your account settings, with access until the end of the paid period. The 14-day guarantee in section 01 applies to add-on charges as well.

Payments for the Service are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, but typically complete within 5–10 business days.
Requesting a refund.
To request a refund or ask a billing question, you can:
- email us at contact@orispace.co with the email address used at checkout and, if possible, your Paddle order or transaction reference
- contact Paddle directly using the link on your emailed receipt
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
Consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts; where such rights apply, they are honoured in addition to the 14-day guarantee described above.
