A production-ready 3D model viewer platform. Upload models, configure scenes, and share interactive embeds on any website.
LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 23, 2026Release notes.
Preview 0.7.7 makes progressive embeds ready for exploration as soon as the model, preview textures and lighting are in place. Full-detail textures and automatic quality selection continue while visitors explore.
Progressive embeds
- The loading line finishes when the preview scene is interactive. Full-detail textures can continue loading afterwards.
- Rendering quality adapts to the visitor’s device, including when the model is still.
- When an embed is replayed or its lighting changes, the model stays in step with its loading state and shadow.
What is Orispace - Viewer?
Orispace - Viewer is a web-based platform to upload 3D models, configure their lighting, materials, camera and post-processing, then share them anywhere through an embeddable iframe. Think of it as a Sketchfab-like platform where you create beautiful 3D scenes and embed them on any site.
- Upload 3D models (GLB, GLTF, FBX, OBJ)
- Configure lighting, materials, camera angles and post-processing effects
- Share via embeddable iframes on any website
- Manage models, projects and team members
Who uses it?
- Product companies: interactive product configurators
- Real estate: virtual property tours
- Design agencies: client showcase galleries
- E-commerce: 3D product previews
- Architects: building visualizations
Getting started.
1. Create an account
- Go to orispace.co (or your instance URL)
- Click Sign Up
- Enter your email and a password
- Verify your email (check the spam folder)
- You’re in.
2. First login
You’ll land on Library (the default page). The navigation tabs at the top are:
- Viewer: edit 3D scenes (enabled only after opening a project from Library)
- Library: manage projects and models (default on login)

Uploading models.
Supported formats
- GLB (binary): recommended, fastest loading
- GLTF (JSON + assets): also supported
- FBX: supported via a lazy-loaded parser (larger overhead)
- OBJ: supported via a lazy-loaded parser
Upload a model
- Click the Library tab in the top bar
- Open an existing project (or click New Project)
- Inside the project, drop your file onto the model upload zone (or click to browse)
- Wait for upload + processing to complete
File size limits
File size limits depend on your plan (see Plans & Limits). The project size limit covers the model + all its textures combined.
Auto-extracted textures
When a GLB file has embedded PBR textures, the server extracts them automatically on first upload and pre-fills the Textures panel. You can override or extend them freely afterwards.
What’s a GLB file?
GLB = glTF Binary: a 3D model format that bundles 3D geometry (vertices, faces), embedded textures, materials, and optional animations into a single file. Export from:
- Blender → File → Export → glTF Binary
- 3ds Max → Export → FBX (supported natively)
- SketchUp → Extensions → glTF Exporter
- Substance Painter → File → Export → glTF
Configuring your scene.
1. Load a model
- Go to the Library tab
- Open a project
- Click Open in Viewer and the model loads into the 3D viewport
2. Set the environment (background)
Open the Environment section. Pick an environment from the dropdown: the built-in Default, or an HDR / EXR file you’ve imported on the Library page, then adjust:
- Environment intensity: how much the environment lights the scene
- Background blur: how blurry the environment appears behind the model
- Background intensity: brightness of the visible background
- Rotation Y (°): rotate the environment (0 to 360°); turns both the lighting on the model and the visible background
Toggle Show as background on/off. When off, pick a solid background color.
3. Choose lighting
Open the Lighting section, select a preset (Studio, Dark or Soft), then fine-tune each light type (see Lighting).
4. Adjust materials
Open the Textures section to adjust base color, roughness, metalness and advanced PBR properties, and to assign texture maps to channels (albedo, normal, roughness, etc.). See Textures & Materials.
5. Orient the model & set the camera
Open the Display section to re-orient the object if it imported on the wrong axis. Rotate it on X / Y / Z with sliders or the on-model gizmo. It is also where you set auto-rotate.
Open the Camera section to author the presentation camera your embed visitors get: capture an opening view, limit how far they can orbit and zoom, choose which controls are allowed, and set the lens: field of view (10 to 120°) and near / far clip. A Preview in editor toggle lets you feel the limits live without leaving the editor.
6. Add post processing
Open the Post FX section to configure tone mapping, shadow catcher, bloom, depth of field and more. See Post Processing.
7. Save & reuse it as a Look
Once the scene is dialled in, open the Look section to save everything you tuned (environment, lighting, shadows, post-processing and auto-rotate) as a reusable Look. Apply it to the current product, or batch-apply it across your Library so a whole catalogue renders consistently. Materials and textures are never touched, see Looks for the full workflow.
Textures & materials.
The Textures panel combines a full material editor with texture map assignment.
Material properties: base
| Property | Range | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Base color | Color | Tints the base albedo |
| Roughness | 0–1 | 0 = mirror-like, 1 = fully matte |
| Metalness | 0–1 | 0 = plastic, 1 = metal |
| Alpha mode | Dropdown | Opaque / Cutout (sharp edge) / Blend (translucent) |
When Cutout is selected a Cutoff threshold slider appears; when Blend is selected an Opacity slider appears. Side controls which faces receive the material: Front / Back / Double.
Specular & emission
| Group | Property | Range | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Specular | Intensity | 0–2 | Specular highlight strength |
| Specular | Color | Color | Specular tint |
| Emission | Color | Color | Self-emitting color |
| Emission | Intensity | 0–5 | Glow multiplier |
Advanced PBR layers
Each layer becomes visible only when its weight is greater than 0.
| Layer | Weight | Additional controls |
|---|---|---|
| Transmission | 0–1 | IOR, Thickness, Attenuation distance & color (glass / subsurface) |
| Clearcoat | 0–1 | Clearcoat roughness (car paint) |
| Sheen | 0–1 | Sheen color, Sheen roughness (fabric / velvet) |
| Iridescence | 0–1 | IOR, Thickness min/max (rainbow effect) |
| Anisotropy | 0–1 | Rotation (brushed metal) |
Surface
- Wireframe: render geometry as wireframe
- Flat shading: disable smooth normals (applies per-material on multi-material models)
- Vertex colors: use vertex color attributes from the model
Texture maps assignment
The Maps section assigns uploaded texture files to PBR channels:
- Select a channel tab (Albedo, Normal, Roughness, etc.)
- Pick a texture from the dropdown (populated from the project’s uploaded textures)
- The map is instantly applied to the material
Assigned channels (per-channel settings)
Each assigned channel shows a card with:
- Intensity slider: how strongly the map contributes
- Advanced settings (gear icon): Transform (scale U/V, rotation, offset U/V) and Sampling (filtering, wrap U/V, color space)
A dirty dot on the settings icon indicates the channel has non-default transform/sampling values.
Compressing textures
From a project’s view in the Library, the Compression panel re-encodes the project’s textures to formats suited to display. The result can be smaller or larger than the source; each row shows the signed file-size change.
- HQ: crisp, GPU-friendly compression, best for keeping detail.
- LQ: smaller files, best for quick size savings.
- Resolution cap: optionally downscale large textures (e.g. 2048, 1024) before compressing.
- Compress all: process every texture of a model at once; all materials are covered.
Lighting.
Understanding lighting presets
| Preset | Looks like | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Studio | Directional white + warm orange point accent | Products, jewelry, clean look |
| Dark | Moody, dramatic, warm + red accents | Fashion, luxury, cinematic |
| Soft | Soft diffuse light, high-key | Interior design, general purpose |
Light types
Once you pick a preset, fine-tune each light type in the Lighting panel:
- Ambient: intensity + color (fill light)
- Directional: intensity, color, shadow radius (main key light)
- Point: intensity, color, distance, decay. Can be removed and re-added.
- Spot light: optional. Add with
+ Add spot light: angle, penumbra, distance, decay, color. - Rect area: optional. Add with
+ Add rect area light: intensity, color, width, height.
Reset all to preset defaults at the bottom restores all light values to the selected preset’s defaults.
Post processing.

Optimisation & quality tiers.
Orispace automatically benchmarks the visitor’s device on load and picks a quality tier. Designers can force a tier in the viewer for testing, but this override is never saved to embeds: visitors always get auto-detection on their own device.
Quality tiers
| Tier | Pixel ratio | AA | DoF | Bloom | SSR | GTAO | Shadow map |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HIGH | 2× | SMAA | High | High | High | High | 2048 |
| MEDIUM | 1.25× | SMAA | Low | Low | Low | Low (4 smp) | 1024 |
| LOW | 1× | FXAA | Off | Low | Off | Low (4 smp) | 512 |
| ULTRA_LOW | 0.75× | FXAA | Off | Off | Off | Off | 512 |
Optimisation panel
- Detected: tier resolved from the FPS benchmark on the current device
- Effective: the tier actually applied (override wins over detected)
- Tier dropdown: set to
auto(default) or force HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW / ULTRA_LOW
When the effective tier is below HIGH, a Re-enable effects section lets you force individual effects back to high quality (DoF, Bloom, SSR, GTAO) without changing the overall tier.
Saving configurations.
A configuration (config) is a named snapshot of all scene settings: lighting, materials, camera, post FX and embed options. It’s associated with the current model.
Save a configuration
- Get your scene looking perfect
- Open the Embed & Share section
- In SAVE CONFIG, type a name (e.g. “Product Shot v1”)
- Click Save current state
You can save multiple configs for the same model (e.g. “White bg”, “Dark mood”, “Mobile-friendly”).
Embedding on your website.
An embed puts your 3D viewer on any website via an <iframe>, like embedding YouTube videos.
Appearance options
| Option | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed size | Off | Lock iframe to specific px dimensions (width × height) |
| Caption | Off | Show a text caption below the viewer |
| Model info | Off | Show model name overlay in the embed |
| Dark theme | Off | Use a dark color scheme in the embed UI |
| Watermark | On | Show Orispace branding (required on Free plan) |
| Watermark link | On | Make the watermark a clickable link (required on Free) |
| BBCode | Off | Generate BBCode instead of HTML iframe |
Presentation options
| Option | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Autostart | On | Load and render immediately. When Off, a cover image is shown |
| Capture thumbnail | n/a | Capture current frame as the cover for Autostart Off |
| Animated entrance | Off | Animate the model in on first load |
| Nav hint | Off | Show a rotate / gesture hint to the visitor |
| Show pivot | On | Mark the center of rotation during navigation, then fade at rest |
| Transparent bg | Off | Reveal the host page behind the model while keeping the scene lighting |
UI buttons
| Button | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Fullscreen | On | Show a fullscreen toggle in the embed |
| Viewer stop | Off | Show a pause / play button (available when auto-rotate is on) |
| View in AR | Off | Let phone visitors place the model in their space using their device’s AR viewer (Creator plan and above) |
Progressive loading
On the Creator plan and above, Progressive loading prepares lightweight texture previews that let visitors explore the model before its full-detail maps finish loading. Choose WebP or PNG, 32 px or 64 px, select the available maps and preview the measured storage weight before saving.
| Mode | Availability | Visitor experience |
|---|---|---|
| Classic | Every plan | Default for existing embeds. A backdrop blocks navigation until final materials, lighting and quality are ready. |
| Progressive | Creator and above | The configured background stays visible and navigation starts when geometry, lighting and preview maps are ready. The loading line finishes then; final textures and quality selection continue while visitors explore. |
- WebP is selected for a new setup; PNG remains available.
- Albedo and roughness are selected first. Alpha and displacement stay included when present to preserve the model silhouette.
- Optional albedo seam correction is available at Off, Low, Medium and Strong.
- Classic loading remains the default for existing embeds. A missing preview falls back to the final textures.
- Quality adapts to the visitor’s device during rendering, even when the model is still. If a shadow catcher is enabled, its shadow appears with the model.
| Progressive setting | Default | Choices |
|---|---|---|
| Format | WebP for a new setup | WebP or PNG |
| Resolution | 64 px | 32 px or 64 px |
| Preview maps | Albedo + roughness | Maps present in the project; alpha and displacement remain included when present |
| Albedo seam correction | Medium | Off, Low, Medium or Strong |
Customize the embed interface
Studio and Business plans can style the embed from UI colors. RGBA controls cover the control surfaces, text and icons, borders, interaction states, the Play screen and watermark. You can also shape UI and Play corners, position the loading line, tune its color and thickness, and style the navigation pivot.
The pivot itself is available on every plan. Interface and pivot styling are delivered only for Studio and Business, including after a plan change or when the settings come from a Look.
| Interface setting | Default | Range or behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Loading line | Accent color, otherwise white | RGBA color |
| Line thickness | 2 px | 1–8 px |
| Line position | Center | Top, center or bottom |
| Side margins | 35% | 0–45% on each side |
| Classic backdrop opacity | 55% | 0–100% |
| UI corners | 0 px | 0–30 px |
| Play corners | Inherits UI corners | 0–30 px when set separately |
| Pivot | Dark center, white outline, 7 px | RGBA colors and 3–24 px |
View in AR
On the Creator plan and above, switch on View in AR to add an AR button to your embed. On a phone, visitors place your model in their real environment through the device’s built-in AR viewer, with no app to install and no camera permission requested by the page. On a computer, the button shows a QR code that opens the same experience on the visitor’s phone.
Generate an embed token
- Save a config first (see Saving Configurations)
- In EMBED TOKEN → select the config from the dropdown
- In Allowed origins → enter one site per line (optional). A bare domain and a full address such as
https://mystore.comare both accepted, since the domain part is what is matched. Leave empty to allow any site. Domain filtering is not available on the Free plan. - Click Generate token
- The new embed appears in ACTIVE MIRRORS, where the copy icon copies the iframe code
Embed code
<iframe
src="https://orispace.co/embed/abc123xyz789"
width="800"
height="600"
frameborder="0"
allowfullscreen
></iframe>Managing embeds (Active Mirrors)
- Public token + Live / Off status indicator
- Rename: give the embed its own name, editable inline (editors and admins)
- Disable / Enable: pause or restore access (in an organization, admins only)
- Thumbnail: capture the current viewport as the embed’s cover image
- Copy: copy the iframe code
- Delete (×): remove the embed, so its public link will no longer display your model (in an organization, admins only)
What travels with an embed
An embed carries the whole scene as you configured it: materials, lighting, environment, camera, post-processing and any annotations you placed on the model, with the text and anchors you set in the editor. If a model cannot be displayed, the embed shows a short message to the visitor rather than staying on a loading state.
Domain whitelisting
When domains are listed, only those origins can load the embed.
Allowed domains:
mystore.com
*.mystore.com
Allows: mystore.com, www.mystore.com, shop.mystore.com
Blocks: evil.com, mystore.netSecured embeds (Studio & Business)
On Studio and Business plans you can mark a model’s embed as secured: the model travels to the visitor as an encrypted file and is decrypted in their browser only for display, so your source model isn’t exposed as a plain, downloadable file. It is unlocked only after your embed’s usual checks pass: the embed is active, the requesting site is on your allow-list, your plan covers secured embeds, and you’re within quota. A secured model is served in its encrypted form or not at all.
Model library & projects.
Library view
The Library tab shows:
- All your projects as cards (grid or list view toggle)
- Tabs: All, Personal, one tab per organization
- Folders to group projects within a space
- A search bar to filter by name
Projects
A project is a container for one 3D scene: one model + its textures + its saved configurations. Projects are either Personal (just for you) or Organization (shared with org members who have edit access).
Organizing with folders
Group related projects into folders to keep a large Library tidy. Folders are one level deep, which is a simple way to sort, not a nested tree.
- Each folder lives in one space, either your Personal Library or a specific organization, and only holds projects from that same space.
- In select mode, move several projects into a folder in one action.
- Deleting a folder never deletes its projects. They move back out to the top level.
- In an organization, editors create and rename folders; admins can delete them.
Create a project
- Go to Library
- Click New Project
- Name it
- Choose scope: Personal or an org
- Optionally pick a Look to start from, if any exist in that scope
- Open the project to upload a model and textures
Opening a project in the viewer
Click Open in Viewer inside a project. This:
- Fetches a signed model URL
- Restores your last saved scene state (auto-saved slot config)
- Switches to the Viewer tab and loads the model
Each project card shows a size bar representing model + texture usage against your plan’s project size limit.
Head into the viewer and come back and the Library keeps your place, the open folder, active tab, grid/list view and search are all preserved.
When a plan limit is reached
If your plan’s storage or model limit is reached, the Library shows a notice naming which limit applies. While it does, the actions that add to your usage (new projects and folders, uploads, replacing a model, compression) are paused, and every delete control stays available so freeing space is always one click away. Your existing embeds keep serving your visitors throughout.
Applying a look to several products
From a concrete scope tab, a select-mode button lets you pick several projects and apply a shared Look to all of them at once, which is a fast way to give a whole catalogue the same environment, lighting and finish. See Looks for the full workflow.
Deleting a project
Deleting a project triggers a full cascade:
- All embeds linked to that project’s model are deleted
- All saved configs are deleted
- Textures used only by this project are removed from storage. A texture still referenced anywhere else, including by a Look’s environment or by the configuration behind a published embed, is kept
- The model file is removed: unless another project still uses it, in which case it is kept
- The project record is removed
Each step reports its outcome, so a delete that could not be completed is surfaced rather than assumed.
Replacing a model
Uploading a replacement into an existing project keeps its linked viewer configurations and published embed links. Compatible material settings carry over; the confirmation explains any settings that need to be reset. If another project still uses the previous model, that model and its configurations remain available to it. Replacing a model used by a published organization embed requires an organization admin.
Looks: reusable render presets.
A Look is a reusable render preset: the whole presentation of a scene (environment, lighting, shadows, tone and post-processing, plus auto-rotate) saved under a name so you can apply it to any product. Think Lightroom presets for 3D: style one product, then give your entire catalogue the same look in a couple of clicks.
Saving a Look
In the viewer, open the Look panel and, under Save current as look, name the current scene and click Save as new look. A thumbnail is captured automatically.
- Always captured: environment (HDR, intensity, blur, rotation, background), all lights and the lighting preset, shadows, tone mapping / exposure, post-processing and auto-rotate.
- Include camera (optional): also stores field of view, orbit / zoom limits and the opening pose. Best left off unless your products are a similar size, since framing is absolute.
- Include embed settings (optional): also stores the embed appearance (watermark, caption, buttons, loading and UI styling). Turn it on and give it an embed config name, and applying the Look drops a ready-to-use embed config on each product.
- The Captures N settings… summary lists exactly what differs from a fresh scene, so you can confirm what a Look will bake in before saving.
A Look is saved into the current project’s scope, which is a personal project saves a personal Look, an organization project saves an org Look shared with the team. There’s no scope picker; share it later with Promote (below).
Applying a Look
Each Look in the panel shows its thumbnail, name and scope, with actions:
- Apply: applies the Look to the product open in the viewer. Only Looks in the same scope as the current project can be applied (a personal Look won’t apply to an org product, and vice-versa); others appear disabled with a hint.
- Set as default (star): makes this the default Look pre-selected when creating a new project in its scope (one default per scope).
Once applied, the product follows that Look. The panel shows following · in sync while the scene still matches the Look, or following · N different (click to see exactly which settings drifted) once you tweak the scene.
Keeping products in sync: the snapshot model
Applying a Look is a snapshot: editing the Look later does not silently change products already using it. You decide when updates go out.
- Update: overwrite the Look with the current scene. Before confirming, a diff lists every setting that will change. Products following it keep their look until you re-apply.
- Propagate: push the Look’s current settings to the products that follow it, all at once (materials untouched). The button shows how many followers there are; this is the explicit “publish my edit to everyone” action.
- Detach: on the Look the open product follows, stop it from following. It keeps its current look exactly as-is; it just won’t receive future propagations. The Look itself isn’t deleted.
Sharing across scopes: Promote
Promote copies a Look into another scope you manage, either your personal space, or an organization where you’re an editor or admin, and applies it to one project there (required, so a promoted Look is never left unused). The original Look is untouched. This is how a personal Look becomes a team Look.
Batch-applying from the Library
To style many products at once, go to the Library and open a concrete scope tab (Personal or an organization, not All, whose projects span scopes). A select-mode button appears when that scope has Looks.
- Click the select-mode button, and project cards become selectable with a checkbox. Only products you can edit are selectable; the rest are dimmed.
- Tick the products you want to restyle.
- In the bar at the bottom, pick a Look from the dropdown (its trash icon deletes a Look from the whole scope; in an organization, deleting a shared Look is an admin action).
- Click Apply, and every selected product takes the Look; a summary reports how many were applied, and any skipped for lack of edit access.
Looks & embeds
When a Look includes embed settings, the embeds that follow it update when you Propagate, the same explicit publish step used for products, with no need to regenerate tokens. A published embed keeps its exact appearance until you propagate your changes, so your live storefront never shifts on its own. See Embedding.
When progressive loading is included, the Viewer prepares the selected previews for each product's own geometry before saving the applied Look. The product's materials and full-detail textures remain unchanged.
Organizations & teams.
Organizations let you collaborate with team members:
- Share projects, saved configs, embeds and looks across a team
- Assign roles (Viewer, Editor, Admin)
- Manage billing per org (on supported plans)
Create an organization
- Go to the Profile tab
- Click New Organization
- Name it (e.g. “Acme Corp”)
- You’re the Admin automatically
Invite team members
- Go to Profile → Organizations
- Select org → Invite Member
- Enter their email
- Choose role: Viewer / Editor / Admin
- They receive an email invite and can then access the org’s projects

When an administrator changes a member’s role, that member’s row shows Saving… until the update finishes. The role and removal controls for that member are unavailable while saving.
Moving projects between organizations
An administrator of both the source and destination organizations can move a project between them. Its models, textures, compressed variants, Looks and embed settings travel with the project, so the workspace is ready to use in its new organization. Progressive preview files are marked for preparation inside the destination organization; its final textures remain unchanged.
Deleting an organization
Deleting an organization is reserved for the member who created it, and asks you to confirm your identity first, with a code from your authenticator app if 2FA is enabled, and with your current password otherwise. The confirmation dialog recaps what the action involves.
- Projects that belonged to the organization continue as personal projects of the members who created them, with their saved configurations and embeds intact.
- Team Looks saved in the organization are removed with it.
- Other members no longer have access to the organization or to the projects it held.
Billing
Usage for an organization’s projects, storage and models, counts against the organization creator’s plan, not the member who uploaded the file (embed views on org projects have always counted this way). Your personal plan only ever counts your own personal-space projects.
Any add-on capacity the organization creator holds applies to the organization’s projects in the same way, since it is their plan the usage is measured against.
Plans & limits.
Four plans, from a free Discovery tier to Business at scale. Every plan includes the full render stack, so rendering quality is the same on Free as on Business; higher plans add capacity, embed power and team features. Prices below exclude VAT and provide a reference for planning. See the live pricing page for current rates.

Plan access
Plan options, capacity and reference prices are available under Profile → Plan & Usage. Self-serve payment opens shortly. To start a paid plan for your company, contact us.
- Creator and Studio plan information remains available for comparison, including monthly and yearly reference prices and included capacity.
- Checkout, plan changes, add-on selection and metered usage controls are not available for self-service yet.
- Every price is quoted excluding VAT. Any VAT-inclusive figure is an estimate for reference while payment access is being prepared.
Plan changes and capacity
Creator, Studio and Business capacity options are presented so teams can plan their workspace. Changes to a plan, storage capacity, embed-load capacity and metered usage are currently arranged with Orispace rather than through self-service controls.
If you already have a paid agreement, contact us for help with billing, capacity or account changes.
Embed load quota
Embed loads are counted when a genuine visitor’s browser opens your embed. Automated requests that identify themselves, such as link-preview services, social-media unfurlers and search-engine crawlers, continue to be served (so previews and search listings keep working) and are not counted toward your quota. The quota resets monthly.
- Free: ~100 loads/day
- Creator: ~800 loads/day
- A warning appears in the embed panel at 75% usage
- You are notified by email as your usage passes 80%, 100% and 150% of your included quota.
When an embed-load limit is reached
On the Free plan, embeds resume at the next monthly reset after the included limit is reached. For an agreed paid plan, contact us to review the capacity and billing options available for your account.
Reaching a storage or model limit
Storage and model limits apply to the actions that add to your usage. When one is reached, the Library shows a notice naming which limit applies and pauses new uploads, copies, replacements and compressions, while every delete control stays available. Models already uploaded keep loading, and your live embeds keep serving visitors. The limit governs what you add, not what you have.
Managing usage
A dedicated Analytics page gives you a live breakdown of storage, models, embed loads and compression activity. Access it from the sidebar.
Profile → Plan & Usage shows the plan information and usage that apply to your account. Payment controls are not available for self-service yet.
Usage analytics.
The Analytics page gives you a live view of your usage across storage, embeds and compressions, available to all users from the sidebar.
Reports read the complete account dataset and use UTC month boundaries, so monthly figures stay consistent across locations. If subscription or entitlement data cannot be read completely, the page asks you to retry instead of presenting a partial report.

Organization analytics
If you are an admin of one or more organizations, each org appears as an expandable tab on the Analytics page showing:
- Member role distribution
- Monthly embed loads for that org
- Top 5 members by project count
Account security & 2FA.
Two-factor authentication (TOTP) adds a second verification step at sign-in using any authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or any TOTP-compatible app.
Enrolling 2FA
- Open Profile → Security
- Click Enable 2FA and a QR code appears
- Scan it with your authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm enrollment
Sign-in with 2FA active
After entering your password a code-entry screen appears. Enter the current TOTP code from your authenticator app to complete sign-in. Your projects, models and organizations become available once that step is complete, and the verification covers your data, not only the sign-in screen.
Resetting a forgotten password
Request a reset link from the sign-in screen and open it from your inbox. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you enter your authenticator code before choosing the new password. Once the new password is set, your other sessions are signed out, so only the device you are working on stays connected.
Disabling 2FA
Return to Profile → Security and click Disable 2FA. You will be asked to confirm with a code before removal.
Confirming sensitive changes
Changing your password, deleting your account and deleting an organization each ask you to confirm your identity before the change is applied, with a code from your authenticator app if 2FA is enabled, and with your current password otherwise.
- Confirmation is requested at the moment of the change, so the action is tied to a freshly verified session.
- Changing your password signs out your other sessions, so only the device you are working on stays connected. Resetting it from an email link does the same.

Troubleshooting.
Model won’t load / stays blank
- Refresh the page
- Check the file size (within your plan limit?)
- Try a different model first
- Check the browser console (F12 → Console tab)
Embed shows a blank iframe
- Check the domain whitelist: your site’s domain must be listed (or leave empty)
- Test in a private / incognito window (clears cache)
- Check the iframe src URL is correct
- Confirm the embed is active (not disabled in the Active Mirrors list)
Embed shows a quota error to visitors
Your monthly embed-load limit has been reached. On the Free plan, embeds resume at the next monthly reset. If you have an agreed paid plan, contact us to review the capacity options for your account.
Model loads very slowly
This is normal for large files. To speed it up:
- Reduce model file size in your 3D software
- Use fewer / smaller embedded textures
- Reduce polygon count (mesh simplification)
Can’t upload model (file too big)
- Go to Profile → Plan & Usage
- Check your project size limit vs. current usage
- Reduce model size or upgrade plan
Viewer looks outdated after a platform update
Some browsers serve a cached version of the app after an update. If the viewer behaves unexpectedly:
- Hard-refresh the page:
Ctrl + Shift + R(Windows/Linux) orCmd + Shift + R(Mac) - Or open DevTools → Application → Storage → Clear site data
- Or open an incognito / private window
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email
- Check email for the reset link
- Set a new password
